Roma's tribute to WW1 - beautiful avenue of Qld bottle trees with a plaque at each tree with the serviceman’s details. Very impressed with the whole town of Roma.  Raining quite steadily and we were the only people with an umbrella in town all the locals just enjoying the rain

Evening light from the caravan site Lake Broadwater Willie Wagtail nest in smallest tree on left  Well. We are finally on the road - it seems surreal after waiting so long for the caravan and this day to come. We have opted to learn the joys and otherwise of long term caravan life on the run rather than delaying the trip any longer.  Can’t seem to get the photos sorted so here goes  No 2. Swingbridge  Cooyar  Qld  1st night out free camping sight with possible platypus sighting in the creek No 3. Leaving front gate 11 am Sat 26/11/22 No 4. Flower and buds of prickly pear Now at Judds Lagoon on our way to Charlieville   It’s getting hotter every day so the route is subject to change  Loving life J and D
